Service Description

This practice of holding poses passively for longer periods of time, invites a deep connection with self that calms and balances the mind and body, working deeply on the connective tissues. Awareness of breath and intentionally inviting in deep relaxation allows the experience to be an excellent bridge into meditation, deep rest and even sleep.
