The Leadership Circle - for Leaders and Managers
Learning is best when completed in groups; in small chunks that can be practiced, implemented, reflected upon, and debriefed. While the evening or weekend conferences that are jam-packed full of information is a traditional norm, it doesn’t always serve the long-term learning and retention we want to see for ourselves and our teams. Learning groups that meet once every 2-3 weeks, consecutively over a few months, coupled with follow up and individualized support, are far better ways to gain traction and make meaningful change.
The Leadership Circle is a place of community learning, with the added benefits of friendship and professional networking. It has built-in group accountability and provides a safe place to practice, grow, and integrate critical skills for anyone who is a manager or a leader.
Leadership Circles of 4 to 8 individuals may be a made up of individual unrelated workplaces, or may be comprised of people from the same company. Meetings can occur in-person or they can occur on-line. The commonality is a commitment to learning and creating meaningful change in the workplace and in your personal life.

Coaching and Mentoring
Tracy provides impactful 1:1 coaching and mentoring for managers and leaders who want to go deeper into the work and learning. 50-minute sessions are booked on-line via Zoom or in-person. Coaching and mentoring sessions are designed to meet your unique needs, support you where you are at, and help you accomplish what you need to achieve. These sessions are ideal for anyone who has completed training with Tracy and want additional support, or if you are tackling a new project or role.
Tracy trained with the Coaching Training Institute as a Professional Co-Active Coach and had earned her certification. She has over a decade of coaching and developing individuals and teams, helping businesses grow and people thrive. When her people faced challenges or were nervous of taking on new roles or commitments, Tracy assisted them in building a solid foundation. empowering and supporting them to succeed.

With over 20 years of experience in the animal health field, Tracy is known for getting to the heart of things and creating solutions so that people and teams can do what they do best – take care of pets.
Tracy’s workshops and speaking engagements are designed to inspire, set concrete goals, and deliver the practical tools that participants take back to the workplace to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Areas of expertise include leadership, team building, effective management strategies, mentoring to transform the workplace, creating high functioning teams, effective
client communication, and creating meaningful connection with customers.
Tracy believes we create change one person at a time. As a yoga instructor she has discovered that by developing our own self-awareness and self-management strategies, we can show up as our best selves at our workplace and at home. Tracy has helped numerous teams navigate the tricky waters of change, tackle hard conversations with heart and compassion, expand
businesses and the team, and integrate new systems and programs to better meet the needs of their clients. People that have worked with Tracy appreciate her being a sounding board to share challenges, change belief patterns, and brainstorm new approaches to what they are wanting for themselves.
With first-hand experience in veterinary hospitals as an RVT, teaching Veterinary Assistants, working in pharmaceutical sales, volunteering for committees in animal health, and performing operations management, Tracy has spent her entire career working in the field of veterinary medicine. She brings a wide breadth of experience and insight into the work that she does, coupled with both the heart and the mind.
