
Hatha Flow to Yin with Tracy
Service Description
A flow of Hatha poses building strength, flexibility, stamina and muscle tone, with a transition to slow, mindful Yin poses that target deeper connective tissues to improve flexibility and joint mobility, reducing stress and anxiety. Evening classes will start with a Hatha flow and end with Yin to prepare you for a deep and restful sleep. Yoga class will be 1 hour long with an optional 10 minutes prior to class to sit in Sangha, our yoga community, where we can reflect on intentions, yogic learnings and enjoy inspiring connection and conversation. Unique Zoom link will be sent out prior to class, with each class being recorded and available to watch for 24 hours.
